What is it like to use Loomis Lane Photography?
3 Step Process – The Consultation, The Portrait Session, and The Reveal:
At the Consultation, we will chat about your family, your home, your style, your goals and then we will have a little “show and tell” (remember, former teacher here). I will have samples of the beautiful products that you can purchase after your session.
The Portrait Session is all about you having a fun and care-free experience. I focus my attention on the littlest clients to make sure they are engaged first. (Chances are you will hear me sing at least once!)
With families, I love to play games that get everyone moving and engaging with each other. My portrait sessions are filled with lots of laughs and good memories.
The Reveal is done 2 weeks after your session at takes place at my studio in Lake Dallas. At the Reveal, we will view a slideshow of your images and sort through a set of 5×7 proofs. We will use these proofs to make decisions and place your order. There is NO MINIMUM purchase required. Only invest in the products you love.
Do you have a session fee?
Yes, there is a $300 session fee and it includes:
A pre-session consultation to learn about your goals for your portraits. We will talk about your style and design the session around your preferences. A custom session at any location of choice, including my family photography studio in Lake Dallas. A selection of props and accessories are available for use. The Reveal session is at my photography studio in Lake Dallas 2 weeks after your session. A complimentary design consultation for wall galleries.
What if I want multiple sessions?
Book multiple sessions today. Maternity + Newborn and Newborn + Cake Smash are perfect together. BONUS – ALL bundles come with a complementary family session once the other sessions are complete.
How do I book?

What if I need to reschedule?
Please notify me at least 48 hours ahead of time if a session needs to be rescheduled. Rescheduled dates are made based on my booking availability within two weeks of original session dates. If you have an emergency, please communicate with me to the best of your ability. I understand that life happens!
What is your timeline?
Your gallery reveal appointment will be 10-14 days after your session takes place. Any products ordered at the session can be picked up at the studio. Please allow 6-8 weeks for products and 8-12 weeks for Fine Art Canvas.

Do you work with special needs children?
Umm, I have a toddler, how am I supposed to schedule a time for a session?
Enough said. If you have a little snack monster in your life, I can happily schedule our sessions around their nap time and our Reveal around nap/bedtimes. I am a mom to two and was a pre-kindergarten, special ed teacher for 8 years. I understand the importance of schedule and routine with little ones and can accommodate most requests.

What types of products do you offer?
I want you to have good quality products in your home. I have a finely curated selection of products available to purchase at your Reveal. I offer an extensive array of framed and unframed wall art, custom-designed albums and books, and digital collections. My unique design software allows me to show you how a product will look displayed in your home so you can make sure you’re choosing the best products for you!
